In our short lives, there are quite a lot of experiences that we could say, is or was, at one point or another, the first experience. For good or bad, each instance changed the course that our lives, especially as students and individuals, had taken. It is safe to say that this work assigned to us by group is one of these. Some if not most of us, used to despise anything Information and Communication Technology (ICT) related, some despised hands-on activities and some are not as 'techy' as the others which were later on conquered and dispatched through teamwork. It's true what they say, "Teamwork makes the dream work." It feels as if getting something assigned to you done, specially when it's something you don't know (much) about is a dream, but once it's done, you'll realize that learning how to become better by overcoming what you think you cannot do — had been and could be very challenging, yet rewarding and invigorating. To us, Teamwork is what as Toni Morrison says in "The Dancing Mind", 'to experience one's own mind dancing with another's.' A team member on the other, is a person who contributes to a group project for the group to complete their assigned/given tasks, and achieve goals or manage projects.

"Before the school year has started, I don’t have any idea on how to use Canva or even the app itself. With this new mode of learning, I never find myself learning new things given the fact that face-to-face discussion isn’t present in these times. However, I guess this assumption I have isn’t the real thing when you are eager to discover new things. As I am learning how to utilize Canva I discovered a bunch of different features that we could possibly use to make our lives a little more convenient in every aspect."

"Before E - Tech, I'd say that my skills in using Computers, and any other Technologies are at an average level. I may not know that much but I am at least amenable and eager to learn. But as I came across the subject, I kind of (and had to) question & doubted what I know and can do. Though I've always been fond and appreciative of art (and technology), I've never once tried to really indulge myself into learning to utilize (technology) better or improving my skills in both art and technology except what is asked of me (in school) during my JHS years and in Face-to-Face learning modality, nor was I interested in doing so. Until now, with the pandemic in our midst, I knew that I really had to step up my game. And I know that one way to do so was to also embrace and try to feel a connection with this subject. As for E - Tech, it did not only improve my skills & creativity, but also caught my interest and changed my perspective in applying or creating art and exploring Technology, even combining both, thanks to Photoshopping. With my experience in the E-Tech subject, (particularly in using Canva) and everything I know now, I can confidently say that I now have well-rounded skills in both, an extensive knowledge in ICT, and understood better the relation of art and technology. Where there is technology, there really is art."

"Technology is one of the most common things in today's world. Everything nowadays is controlled by technology, including ourselves and the things we used to do; everything is changing, and technology is changing us all. We became more engrossed in social media, which led to both creation and destruction. Technology is very simple and easy to use, and it allows you to get more knowledge faster; thus, it is very useful in education. As a student, I learn more effectively when I use technology, and empowerment technology teaches us how to use technology responsibly, providing us with knowledge about how to use it for the greater good through education. Just like by using Canva its easier for you to edit and also, you can choose any templates like social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents and other visual contents. “Canva was an excellent option since you could build with either the software or the website. There are several free models and text choices to choose from, and students love experimenting with various picture filters. Canva is easy to use thanks to its very intuitive drag-and-drop interface. Also, you don't have to worry about starting from scratch either, although you can do that if you want. There are a ton of templates you can choose from to work with multiple categories.”

"Before I discovered Canva, I was always spending a lot of time using other softwares that require me to do things detail by detail, which is really tiring and can lead me to just leaving a project, but ever since I was introduced to Canva, it made projects easier to work on with the user friendly features that it has, and the built-in designs are probably a lot better looking than mine when I do everything from scratch so that's a good thing for me.
